Last updated: 28 May 2025 Because cup-ramen is a food product with limited shelf life, our refund and return rules differ from those for non-perishable goods. Please read carefully before subscribing.
1. General Principle
All sales are final once an order is processed (typically 48 hours after the monthly billing date). Routine returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “flavour preference” are not accepted.
2. Cancellations Before Processing
Deadline – Cancel via your account dashboard at least 48 hours before the upcoming billing date to avoid the charge.
After that cut-off, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be halted or refunded.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We will replace—or, if replacement is impossible, refund—the affected items if:

Tip: Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved; couriers may require inspection.
4. Lost Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 10 days of the recorded delivery date. After investigation we may:
file a carrier claim and reship; or
issue store credit equal to the undelivered portion.
5. Customs Holds & Refusal
Ramens occasionally contain ingredients (e.g., pork, alcohol-derived flavourings) restricted in some countries.
Your responsibility – Verify import rules in your jurisdiction (particularly Saudi Arabia).
Customs fees, duties, or confiscations are non-refundable. If an entire parcel is returned to us unopened, we can reship at your cost; otherwise the order is forfeited.
6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Ingredient panels are posted on the Site and on each cup. We cannot guarantee allergen-free or halal-certified status unless explicitly stated. Reactions due to allergens do not constitute grounds for refund.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
Method – Refunds are applied to the original payment method whenever possible; otherwise we issue RAMEN GO store credit.
Timeline – 5-10 business days after approval, subject to your bank’s processing time.
Currency – Refunds are issued in JPY. Exchange-rate differences or bank fees are beyond our control.
8. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us; most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
