Last updated: 28 May 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and RAMEN GO Inc. (“RAMEN GO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing ramengo.jp or purchasing a subscription to our monthly Japanese cup-ramen delivery service (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1 . Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account and purchase a subscription.
1.2 You represent that you are not located in any country or on any sanctions list where commerce with Japan or the United States is prohibited.

2 . Account Registration

2.1 You must create an account with accurate information and maintain its confidentiality.
2.2 You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@ramengo.jp if you suspect unauthorised use.

3 . Subscription & Billing

3.1 Plans & Pricing We offer one or more recurring subscription plans (“Plan(s)”). Plan details and prices are posted on the Site and may change upon 30 days’ notice.
3.2 Automatic Renewal Your Plan renews monthly, and the payment method on file will be automatically charged on the renewal date until you cancel.
3.3 Payment Processor All transactions are handled by Stripe or another PCI-DSS–compliant processor; we do not store full card numbers.
3.4 Taxes & Customs Prices exclude local VAT/GST, sales tax, customs duties, and import fees, which are your responsibility.
3.5 Currency Unless stated otherwise, charges are in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your bank may apply foreign-exchange fees.

4 . Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Cancel Anytime You may cancel via your account dashboard at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
4.2 No Routine Returns Because ramen is perishable, subscriptions are non-refundable once an order is processed.
4.3 Damaged or Lost Parcels Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos or proof, and we will ship a replacement or issue a credit at our sole discretion.

5 . Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship from Osaka, Japan, to the United States, Saudi Arabia, and other supported regions via international couriers. Typical transit times are 7–14 business days but may vary.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to you upon our hand-off to the carrier. Delays due to customs inspection, force majeure, or incorrect address information are not our liability.
5.3 Products may contain ingredients subject to your country’s import restrictions (e.g., pork, alcohol-derived flavourings). It is your duty to ensure compliance before ordering.

6 . User Content

6.1 If you post reviews, photos, or tag #RamenGO, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing.
6.2 You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights. We may remove offending content without notice.

7 . Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law (including U.S. state & federal laws, Saudi PDPL, or Japanese law).

• Resell or commercially distribute our products without permission.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the Site.

• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or manipulate data.

8 . Intellectual Property

All Site content, trademarks, and packaging designs are the exclusive property of RAMEN GO or its licensors and are protected by international IP laws. No licence is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9 . Disclaimers

9.1 Allergy & Dietary Notice Our ramen may include wheat, soy, seafood, pork, or other common allergens. Ingredient lists are provided but may change. Consume at your own risk.
9.2 “As-Is” Service Except as required by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).

10 . Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAMEN GO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid RAMEN GO in the preceding 12 months.

11 . Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAMEN GO, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12 . Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
12.2 Good-Faith Negotiation We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably.
12.3 Arbitration If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) Rules. The language shall be English; the seat, Osaka, Japan.
12.4 Consumer Rights If mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (e.g., California Civil Code, Saudi E-Commerce Law) grants you additional rights, those rights supersede any conflicting portion of this Section.

13 . Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where required, notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
